Pineapple Process in Bnagladesh

We collect pineapple directly from cultivators with good prices from diffirent cities like Rangamati, Sylhet, Tangail etc.Then we check some parameters to assure the quality control, such as

Brix measurement

Mositure measurement

Fruit dried machine

If all the parameters satisfy the desirable levels, then we start the process the fruit by excorticating.
Then we enter the pineapples into Japanese fruit dried machine. Others which are more ripe, we enter Fruit jam machine to produce jelly.
After final checking the parameters of processed pineapples, product packing require following steps:

• BPacking container cleanliness checking.
• Bag leakage checking.
• Flavor check (sweet / sour).
• Gross weight checking
• Setting label
